...THE TWO OF US...

One of the things I've really enjoyed, as a mother, has been watching the relationships my children have with each other. When my kids were younger, I had quite a few people tell me that my kids always seemed to play well together and how did I manage to get them to do that? I don't really have an answer. They've just always realized they had a friend in their sibling and for the most part they all get along well, but there are some relationships that are much stronger than others.

My oldest two have really always been the best of friends. When we'd go out in public with them when they were young, we'd always have people ask us if they were twins. We'd have to say no and the follow-up question 9 times out of 10 would be: "But she's older, right?" Again, we'd have to say no.

These two really have had a close relationship and they've been good for each other. They've also been there for each other when the world seemed to be against either one of them. I'm glad we've captured a lot of this in pictures. This layout is just one of many that will eventually be in existence of these two and their relationship.
