...THE FUTURE IS CYBORG...

Here comes another layout featuring photos from my earlier parenting days. Back to the days when I put more effort into Spirit Week. I was never the parent who went overboard, but I tried to have the kids put forth some sort of effort. But then comes along the theme of FUTURISTIC DAY and I was at a loss.

All these years later I can't really remember how things happened, but as per the blog post I made about it all those years ago, I left the day up to the kids' imaginations, and did they ever deliver.

My beautiful daughter, the artist of the family, did as much as she good and went all out. Her little brother, in his true fashion, did just enough to get by and called it good. I was just thankful for their imaginations and that they were able to put their own twist on FUTURISTIC DAY.

So when I saw Aimee Harrison's release for the 6th, called Robobot, I was all over it and knew exactly which pictures I wanted to pair with this collection. I'm just sad I couldn't find a better way to incorporate those cute little robot elements.
