In some aspects of my life, I am able to work well under pressure. But when it comes to scrapbooking, pressure does not help the creative juices flow.

I was really in a rush trying to get all the layouts done that I could, but it was also reaching the end of the month and I was scrapping while I should've been doing any number of other things, like prepping things for my daughter's wedding.

I spent A LOT of time in March doing things for the wedding and really shouldn't have been scrapping, but I needed the break. Part of the wedding prep was creating the slideshow and while I was doing that I ran across a sweet photo I really wanted to scrap.

It's a photo that upon first glance looks like one thing is happening, but the truth of the photo is much sweeter. It's definitely one of my favorite photos of my daughter and husband together. The challenge was called Memory Mix-Up and it included a template to use. It should've been an easy task and I suppose it was.

I just didn't like the end product and I see myself redoing this layout at some point in time when I'm not on a deadline.
